Did Someone Really Steal From Justin Bieber?!

The internet was blowing up recently after Justin Bieber tweeted to his fans that someone had stolen a laptop with lots of personal, private footage on it. Everyone around the world was shocked that someone could do something so terrible. I came across this video below that has a clip explaining it all. 

After seeing that, I came across some interesting tweets from Bieber that came out right before his brand new video.
